Get ready for a high-energy workout that combines fundamental boxing techniques with intense cardio training to help you build strength, endurance, and agility. This class is designed to push your limits while keeping you engaged in a dynamic and rewarding training session. What to Expect: - Warm-Up & Stretching – Start with dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to prepare your body for movement and reduce the risk of injury. Light footwork drills and shadowboxing will get your blood pumping and muscles primed. - Heavy Bag & Boxing Drills – Learn and refine basic boxing techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and footwork while working on the heavy bag, mitts, or other equipment. Improve your speed, accuracy, and endurance with a variety of striking combinations. -High-Intensity Cardio & Conditioning – Challenge your stamina with a mix of jump rope, bodyweight exercises, and circuit training designed to mimic the conditioning of a boxer. Expect to push through rounds of high-intensity work with short recovery periods. -Core Strength & Stability Work – Strengthen your core with targeted exercises like sit-ups, planks, Russian twists, and medicine ball drills, all essential for generating power in your punches and maintaining balance. -Partner Drills (if applicable) – Some exercises may require a partner to enhance your training experience, such as pad work, reflex drills, or resistance exercises. -Cool Down & Recovery – Finish strong with a proper cool-down routine
